Felipe Kuo

Felipe Kuo is the Director and CEO behind Sophie Festival, an open-air electronic music series held at Ogus Park (Málaga, Spain). Under his leadership, Sophie has positioned Málaga on the international circuit by curating line-ups featuring globally recognised artists such as Solomun, Charlotte de Witte, Ricardo Villalobos, Nina Kraviz, Bicep, Richie Hawtin, Marco Carola, ANOTR, Apollonia, and Helena Hauff, among others. In 2025, the festival expanded into a season-long format in Málaga, with reports citing over 80,000 attendees across the series. Kuo has described Sophie’s mission as building a cultural movement that puts Málaga “firmly on the global map of world-class electronic music destinations.”
