He currently serves as the Project Director for ULTRA Europe, one of the world's largest electronic music festivals.
Recipient of International Project Management Award in the category „Best Project Manager” as well as Croatia National Tourist Board award “Čovjek-Klljuč Uspjeha”. With a diverse background in marketing, project management and entertainment industry, Alek has demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking, problem-solving, team & time management.
Fluent in five languages, Alek has worked on various projects across Croatia and Europe and showed remarkable public speaking skills as well as expert understanding in destination management. He has been with ULTRA Europe over 8 years now. In a world where the boundaries between work and passion often blur, Alek stands out as a professional who has masterfully harmonized the two.
