Working within Creative Artist Agency (CAA)’s electronic music division, dubbed “Team Disco”. Kal has 15 years experience working as an agent. He began his career in finance, studying accountancy at university and working in the field for several years before realising his true passion for music and began organising club nights in Manchester before creating his own agency and then eventually moving over to CAA. Kal’s early signings included Solardo, Cloonee, Detlef, Cristoph and many more. He currently has a diverse roster over a range of electronic music genres.
