Carlos Pego is a creative director and photographer who has shaped the look of Spain's dance music press, leading creative and content at TAGMAG, Mixmag Spain and DJ Mag España. He started out on the club side, moving into a venue's commercial team within months of pitching ideas to bring in a younger crowd. Today his role sits between creative direction and operations, leading a team of designers, content creators, writers and project managers.
