Zep Fransen

Zep Fransen is General Manager and Head of Program at Shelter, the 24-hour-licensed club in the basement of Amsterdam's A'DAM Tower. Born and raised in the city, he joined A'DAM&Co. as a programmer and event manager in 2020, having co-founded the collective Many Møre, which started out as a group of DJs. He led Shelter's reopening in February 2024 after a major renovation that added a second room and a full LED ceiling and broadened its programming beyond house and techno. Ahead of ADE 2025, he also reinstated the club's no-phones-on-the-dancefloor policy and extended it to The Loft, the tower's venue known for its skyline views.
