Natalia San Juan

A professional in the music business with over 20 years of experience across Latin America and Europe, she is the founder of Femnoise, a dynamic platform that integrates a specialized media outlet, a global community, and a record label. Through Femnoise Records, she focuses on promoting and professionalizing FLINTA talent in electronic music, serving as a strategic launchpad for emerging careers.

Her innovative work has been incubated by Barcelona Activa, supported by the Spanish Ministry of Culture, and recognized by the prestigious Keychange program. As a member of the European Music Managers Alliance committee for the electronic and dance scene, she manages international artists such as Mystery Affair, Virtual Geisha, and Andrea Zarco.

Driven by the belief that culture is a powerful tool for social transformation, she also serves as the Marketing Director for the Plant-for-the-Planet Foundation in Spain, bridging the gap between creativity, community engagement, and climate action.
