Jose Patiño

José Patiño is the founder of Wake Up, an electronic music project born in A Coruña that has grown into an established name in Galicia's techno scene.

With over a decade of experience in event promotion, he has developed Wake Up from its early parties into a festival attracting internationally recognised artists, including Oscar Mulero, Ben Sims and Sara Landry.

His work combines artist programming, event production and community building, with a focus on developing a strong musical identity and creating long-term value for the local electronic music scene.

Through Wake Up, José brings a practical perspective on the challenges of growing independent music events, building loyal audiences and navigating the realities of festival production.
